Built to adapt 43mm fork tubes found in mid-current generation Honda CR’s onto a 1980-2002 Honda XR200/250 model utilizing factory head tube geometry and bearings! We tested this setup on our 1983 XR200 with a full 1994 CR250 front end to switch to disc brakes for a much more modern feel. the included spacer allows for bolt on installation using your factory hardware or the optional silver anodized top nut.

Swap in any engine that mounts using the standard Honda 50cc bolt pattern! This includes Lifan 125cc (as tested on our bike build), Pirahna and more! This kit includes the mount bracket set, alignment spacers and hardware.
NOTE - The kits include a 5/16” x 5” long engine bolt for the forward mounting point, the holes in the bracket are slightly oversized to account for tweaked frames or slightly mis-aligned brackets but do still hold up to us full sized kids jumping them! Utilize the CRF foot peg brackets to align foot pegs with seat.

Do you install the shaft conversions if we supply the triple tree?
No - we have offered this in the past but have been sent damaged or cracked components and have decided that the inspection of your triples and installation is up to the end user for the press fitting of your new steering stem. Consult a knowledgeable local repair shop if you feel the pressing part is out of your wheelhouse! This component is a vital part of the performance and handling of your motorcycle.
KLX swap kit - will this fit the CRF110 engine?
The CRF110 utilizes a new mounting geometry that differs from the previous small bore 50cc offerings that were standard in honda/chinese bikes throughout the years. As such, this kit is only designed and tested on 1st gen KLX110/DRZ110 models with the standard 50cc-125cc bolt pattern found in Lifan, Honda, Pirahna and powerplants of like mounting systems.
Can I run the KTM triple tree parts plate with a headlight?
No - the triple tree mounted plate is only designed for use with the standard number plates. If you are looking to install on an XC-W model or have another headlight fitted, we recommend the airbox spare part panel - coming soon!
